ROLE
Design & build, end to end

( THE BRIEF )
Ghost Type needed a launch that felt as considered as the typeface itself. Static specimens were not enough.
We built a campaign around disappearance and reveal: ghosted layers, variable specimens, tight monochrome layouts and playful test fields. The microsite gives designers a reason to stay, type and compare.
The result positioned the release as both a tool and an atmosphere — precise enough for foundry buyers, memorable enough for launch week.
THE PROBLEM
A club-night logo that fell apart at platform scale — no system, no motion, no voice.
THE FIX
One flexible identity, tuned for dark screens, that scales from a favicon to a festival stage.

How it came together.
( APPROACH — 03 STEPS )
01 — TYPE STORY
Behavior before decoration
We identified the moments where the face felt most distinct and turned them into campaign modules.
02 — SPECIMEN SYSTEM
Reveal the ghost
We designed layered type compositions, test panels and usage examples for digital launch.
03 — MICROSITE
Try it in motion
We shipped an interactive specimen site with focused purchasing and licensing paths.
What we shipped.
( DELIVERABLES )
The launch made the typeface feel like a world, not a product tile.
