ROLE
Design & build, end to end

( THE BRIEF )
Concrete Poetry brought together architecture, writing and public programs, but the identity needed to connect all three without flattening them.
We built a system from heavy surfaces and quiet language: concrete textures, narrow grids, generous margins and typographic pacing that lets essays and events sit together. The site works like a program, an archive and a reading room.
The final identity gave curators a durable structure for the first season and a clear framework for future editions.
THE PROBLEM
A club-night logo that fell apart at platform scale — no system, no motion, no voice.
THE FIX
One flexible identity, tuned for dark screens, that scales from a favicon to a festival stage.
( THE IDENTITY )
SELECTED FRAMES

How it came together.
( APPROACH — 03 STEPS )
01 — CURATORIAL FRAME
Three disciplines, one rhythm
We mapped how exhibitions, essays and events should relate across the season.
02 — IDENTITY SYSTEM
Weight and pause
We created a material visual language using concrete texture, restrained type and editorial spacing.
03 — DIGITAL PROGRAM
Archive from day one
We designed the site so every event and essay becomes part of a growing cultural record.
What we shipped.
( DELIVERABLES )
The identity gave the whole season a spine without making it feel rigid.
